The Process

Step 1: Free Introductory Call

Once you reach out via my contact form, I will quickly respond to set up a free video call to hear about you, your organization, and why you felt led to reach out to me. We will get any initial questions answered and talk logistics. You will end the call with tangible next steps and a general idea of how my curriculum will be catered to your circumstance and how I can help you make needed changes within your organization. If you choose to hire me after prayerful consideration, I will begin doing some research to better understand your organization and denomination (if applicable).

Step 2: Scheduling

Being onsite with your team is of great importance to me so I can better understand your organization’s culture. We will find a time for me to travel to your location for three working days so I can attend a service of yours (if applicable), and spend the next couple days going through the curriculum with you all. My contracts are transparent along with my fees. If cost is an issue, please still reach out to me and we can figure out a solution.

Step 3: Preparation

We will schedule one or two video calls with your team where I will share my personalized curriculum and get feedback from you. I want to make sure you feel confident about the material being provided before I get there. It is also of chief importance that you start having conversations with your staff and volunteers about the content of this curriculum and how it will impact your ministry moving forward. I am not here to start the change within your organization, but to help you carry it out.

Step 4: The Fun Part!

I will arrive on Sunday morning (or whenever your main service is) ready to immerse myself in your organization’s culture, and spend an hour after service with your leadership team to finalize everything. The following day will be an interactive, full-day workshop with your church’s leadership and staff members. For more about the curriculum, check it out here. The next night, we will gather with your leaders and worship/production volunteers for an evening of community, education, and conversation. I also offer additional music-specific consulting, where I can spend time with your worship department to discuss changing your song lists and/or beginning to write and produce your own music.

Step 5: Debrief

The following week after the workshop, we will catch up on a video call to touch base and reflect on how everything went: What was helpful, and what can be clarified or done better on my end. I am available for up to two months after my visit for any questions or concerns you may have. After that, if you elect to continue working with me, your investment will be at a reasonable hourly rate.
