I am a firm believer that there is nothing like face-to-face communication. I can only learn so much about your organization from afar, and it is hard to make meaningful connections over video calls. My aim is for you, your staff, and volunteers to feel like I am a partner with them, not just a talking head on a screen.
What do you charge?
I charge a flat rate on a sliding scale based on your organization’s budget and size. Your investment will be reasonable and nothing more. You will be invoiced up front for services as well as for any applicable travel costs.
What are your qualifications?
I have 12+ years of experience with leading worship for children, youth, and adults. I worked at a multi-campus megachurch during that time serving as a youth worship leader. I earned a degree in ministry at the University of Northwestern — St. Paul with minors in Bible and psychology. I am also a two-time spiritual abuse survivor, which gave me a crash course on false teaching and power dynamics in the Church.
Are you affiliated with a denomination?
No, I am not. I grew up Lutheran but also attended an Assemblies of God church. I would now consider myself Reformed Baptist-ish, because I hold the charismatic belief that the spiritual gifts are still being given today.
My views on secondary and tertiary issues are not reflected in my curriculum, because I believe the topics I offer education on transcend denomination. As long as we agree on primary issues, such as listed on my What I Believe page, we can work together harmoniously.
