Personal information collected

The contact form on the “Contact Me” page asks for first and last name, email address, phone number, and name and location of employer.  You will be asked to consent to SMS messages from Spirit and Truth Consulting, LLC.  Please note in the “message” section of the contact form if the number you give is a landline. Your IP address is collected solely to filter spam.

How your personal information is used

Your personal information is only used for communication with Consultant.

How your personal information is shared

All personal information, including phone numbers collected with SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.  Queries through the “Contact Me” page will be deleted off of this website’s server once Consultant has received it and recorded your contact information.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Spirit and Truth Consulting, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

1) Meeting reminders 2) Follow-up messages 3) Billing inquiries 4) Scheduling inquiries

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.  You will receive 2 texts prior to a meeting: 1 for confirmation of scheduling, and 1 as a reminder.  Follow-up messages, billing inquiries, and scheduling inquiries will be on an as-needed basis.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Spirit and Truth Consulting, LLC in the following ways:

1) Verbally, during a conversation 2) By submitting an online form

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive.  Alternatively, you can contact Consultant directly to request removal from the messaging list.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
